How To Purchase
  1. Please leave a DM, IG or send information to Jazzologystyles@gmail.com with images of sets of interest (limit 4).
  2. Don’t forget to include your nail size, shape and length needed. If your not sure just add on a sizing kit to your order.
  3. Any extra tools needed (glue, glue tabs, file, etc.) feel free to add on to your order as well.
  4. Upon receiving your order/DM I will respond with price. If you are interested in proceeding with your order, I will forward an invoice for payment of order. At this time your DEPOSIT  will be DUE. You have 24hrs to respond and submit payment or the order will be canceled . 
  5. 💖ALL ORDERS DEPOSITED AND LEFT ABANDONED AFTER 48HRS WILL BE FORFEITED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS, THIS INCLUDES THE DEPOSIT ITSELF AND THE ITEMS CUSTOM ORDERED!!! 💖

How Do I Know My Size

What Nail Glue To Use
I highly recommend KDS or Makartt professional brands of glue
How Long Do Nails Last
Durability is based on application and use. The more rough use of the nails will cause damage. Tabs of glue can be more temporary (1-3 days) while nail glue can hold much more secure (1-3 weeks) .
For an even more effective hold try the double bonding method. Dehydrate the nail surface (alcohol/acetone) then apply a thin layer of professional nail primer. Place down glue tab and follow up with nail glue and then with presson. 

Are Nails Reusable 
Yes. Nails can be reused with proper aftercare. If tabs were only used remove excess glue and reapply new tab. For nail glue, you will need a hand drill for nails to remove reaming product from presson. 
Replacements
Yes. Any nail can be replaced simply shop under nail replacements.
What If I Bought Wrong Size
Due to custom handmade nature of this product ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your are responsible for selecting THE CORRECT SIZE before purchasing. You can also order extra nails (replacements) if you feel like you maybe need more sizes. 

Do You Do Customs
Yes Indeed! Not only do we have premade nails listed we also have the option to customize a design of choice (Limit 4). All photos must be live work. I WILL NOT reproduce another PressOn set. Be reminded, I am an artist and I may decline some design that may not suit my brand. Please allow room for creativity with custom creations since they are customized and are not replicas. 

Can You Change A Ready To Ship
Yes. Any premade set on my site can be edit to your style of choice (color, design, finish coating) 
How Many Nails Come In A Set
Every Nail Set Comes with 12 nails. Additional nails are pre-selected on Ready to Ship Sets, Custom or can be any size of your choice
 
What Comes With An Order 
Every nail order comes with mini nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, glue tabs, application and removal instructions. 

My package was sent back to you, can you resend it?

Yes of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the reshipping fee so we can send it back out.

 

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it.
 (Also read below for lost or missing packages)

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Jazzologystyles hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery.  Jazzologystyles assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.  

Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, email jazzologystyles@gmail.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product)
